- · NEVER write cheap, cheapest, lowest price, discount or deal on any travel page or ad. It is a hard MarketCall copy ban and it also keeps the page out of coupon-quality classification.
- · Never publish a ticket price. Never use an airline trademark as branding — reference the airline as news, not as who you are.

Build a verified local Business Page per city, point it at an owned dailercall.com city landing page, and let the phone number do the monetising. Roofing, home security, tree removal, pest control, flooring and garage doors all fit the platform; debt relief, loans and any nutra/weight-loss offer do not.
Free lane
- Claim + verify a free Business Page per city you actually serve. Verification (phone / email / document) unlocks the full feature set and is what makes the page rank in neighbor search.
- Free tier = TWO organic posts per calendar month, shown to verified neighbors within roughly a 2-mile radius of the business address. That radius is the whole reason this is a city-by-city play, not a national one.
- Recommendations are the ranking currency. Ask every completed customer for one. Volume of recommendations + Faves is also what drives Neighborhood Faves, which cannot be bought with ad spend.
- Do NOT answer neighbor "who do you recommend for X" threads with a sales pitch from the business account. That is the fastest way to get flagged. Let customers answer for you.
- Do NOT use a personal account to promote the business to dodge the 2-post cap. Explicit guideline violation, gets the page removed.
- Post format that works: a real photo of real work, a short local tip, or a question. Templated or repeated copy is treated as spam.
Paid lane
- Local Deals: coupon-style ads. Can start as low as ~$3; typical campaign runs about $75. Cheapest legitimate way to test a neighborhood.
- Promoted Posts: auction, recommended floors around $2 CPC / $10 CPM. Real-world local CPC lands about $2.50-$5.00.
- Neighborhood Sponsorship: persistent presence in a zip code, roughly $32-$150/month per zip depending on density.
- Self-serve Ads Manager has NO minimum spend. Nextdoor suggests a 10:1 bid-to-budget ratio (5:1 floor) or delivery starves.
- Paid reach extends past the free 2-mile radius out to ~30 miles and lets you pick zip codes.
- National Sponsored Posts are direct-sales only at roughly $25k/month. Not our lane. Ignore it.
Hard rules — violating these deletes the page
- AFFILIATE LINKS ARE BANNED. Referral codes, discount codes and MLM are listed as prohibited goods and services. Never put a MaxBounty, ClickBank or smartlink URL on Nextdoor.
- Third-party marketplace / classifieds links (Craigslist, OfferUp, FB Marketplace) are banned too.
- Only LOCAL businesses may post to the neighborhood feed. National brands and ecommerce are excluded. The page has to look and behave like a local operator with a real service area.
- Payday loans and several financial services are on the prohibited list. Keep debt-relief and loan offers OFF Nextdoor.
- No bait-and-switch, no hidden costs, no exaggerated or unverifiable claims.
- Enforcement can happen with no warning: content removal, read-only, suspension, or full page deletion.
